Co-creating, Weaving, and Remembering

My deepest passion is helping women and individuals reconnect with their innate, intuitive wisdom that guides healing, transformation, and self-expression. Therapy is not just a process but a practice—an intentional journey of coming home to your truest self.

Through my work at Hawaii Holistic Therapy, I support you in embracing your divine energy, navigating transitions, and healing ancestral wounds through mindfulness, movement, rituals, and storytelling.

Honoring the Universal Force of Duality

Duality is a tool that brings us back to balance. When we think of light and dark; Masculine and Feminine (not just a gendered identity)—opposites are a fundamental aspect of duality present in all of life. Across spiritual traditions, the feminine principle represents receptivity, flow, creation, and intuition, qualities that exist in all beings regardless of gender.  Masculine principle represents action, structure, logic, and direction—qualities equally present in all beings, regardless of gender. When these principles are in harmony, we experience balance, clarity, and a deep sense of alignment with ourselves and the world around us.

However, when one aspect dominates, we may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck. Too much structure without fluidity can lead to rigidity and burnout, while too much flow without direction can result in chaos and lack of progress. The key is not to reject one in favor of the other but to cultivate awareness of both and consciously integrate them into our lives.

By embracing the dance of duality, we can navigate challenges with greater ease, harnessing the strengths of both masculine and feminine energies. Whether in relationships, work, or personal growth, understanding and balancing these forces allows us to show up fully, authentically, and powerfully in our lives.

In Hindu philosophy, Shakti is the divine feminine energy, the force of creation, movement, and transformation. It is the power that animates life itself, complementing Shiva, the stillness and pure consciousness. Together, they form a harmonious whole.

In Taoism, Yin is the feminine principle—darkness, depth, receptivity, and the unseen mysteries of existence. It is the counterpart to Yang, the active, outward, and structured force. Balance between these two energies is essential for harmony in nature and within ourselves.

Just as day and night, sun and moon, action and stillness coexist, the feminine and masculine energies are present in all of us.

By restoring balance, we embrace the full spectrum of existence within and around us.

My Journey with Sacred Energy

Like many women, my personal healing journey led me through layers of self-discovery, trauma healing, and deep transformation. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 10 years navigating the seas as a ship’s officer, living in Bali, Australia, the Philippines, and Europe. These experiences exposed me to sacred healing practices that reconnected me with my essence.

I believe healing is not a linear process—it is a cyclical unfolding, much like the sacred energy of nature. My practice integrates multiple healing modalities to help you embrace your wholeness and awaken your full potential.

A Holistic Approach to Feminine Healing

Healing means integrating mind, body, and spirit through:
Somatic Movement– Rewriting your narrative from pain to empowerment.
Sacred Breath & Movement – Creating energy flow through intentional movement.  Connection to the body and our mother tongue-the language of sensation and intuition, the body's language.

Rituals & Cycles – Aligning with the rhythms of nature, your body, and your emotions.
Intuitive Healing – Reclaiming your sacred wisdom and emotional sovereignty.

Each session is a devotional practice to awaken your most expressed, authentic self.

Find the Season, Honor the Cycle.

Life moves in cycles—just like the seasons of nature, our own inner world shifts through phases of growth, stillness, expansion, and release. When we align with these natural rhythms, rather than resist them, we find balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to ourselves.
